1. Eligibility

• This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are, at the time of entry, at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence.
• Employees, officers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) or household members of JA-DEL, Inc. d/b/a Jack Stack Barbecue (“Sponsor”), AGENCY OF LLC (“Administrator”), and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.
• The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 17, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on October 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

• Entrants must complete the entry process on this website, including verifying their mobile phone number with a one-time text message (SMS) code. Message and data rates may apply.
• Limit one (1) entry per person per Giveaway, regardless of the number of phone numbers, email addresses, or devices used.
• Duplicate entries, or entries made through automated, robotic, or similar means, will be void.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undelivered entries, including entries not received due to technical problems of any kind.
• Sponsor’s and Administrator’s records and databases are the official record of entry for purposes of this Giveaway.

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive The Ultimate Tailgate, consisting of:

• 20" Blackstone Camping Griddle
• One (1) $250 Jack Stack Barbecue gift card
• Jack Stack cooler packed with sauces + rubs
• Chiefs cornhole set
• Jack Stack swag

To the extent the Prize includes tickets to a live sporting event or other ticketed event, the Prize consists solely of those tickets (and any other item specifically listed above). Transportation, parking, lodging, meals, and any other travel-related expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner and are not included as part of the Prize.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize package: $650.

Actual retail value may vary. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. All Prize details not specifically described in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Two (2) Alternate winners will also be selected in the same drawing. The potential Grand Prize winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the time the notification is sent. If the potential winner fails to respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, declines the Prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the Prize and Sponsor may contact the first Alternate winner. The same requirements and response period will apply to any Alternate winner contacted.

No prize substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or any component of it) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The Grand Prize winner and two (2) Alternate winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, on or about October 5, 2026.

Winners will be notified using the phone number and/or email address provided at entry. Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s failure to receive notice due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or any other cause outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

7. General Conditions

• Limit one (1) prize per household.
• Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on their prize.
• Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, errors, or disruptions that prevent or delay entry.
• Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of this Giveaway will result in disqualification, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Miscellaneous

Attempts to enter more than the permitted number of times using multiple identities, phone numbers, email addresses, or any other method may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to void any entries made through any robotic, automated, or similarly mechanized entry method. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the verified holder of the mobile phone number used to enter, as reasonably determined by Sponsor.

Sponsor is not responsible for any (a) telephone, computer, hardware, software, programming, or network malfunction or other technical failure or error, or the failure to properly process any entry; (b) communication disruption or other event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including disruption related to internet or wireless traffic, viruses, bugs, or unauthorized intervention; or (c) damage to any computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Giveaway.

If any malfunction, error, or disruption impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway. If the Giveaway is terminated before the scheduled end date, winners may be selected, at Sponsor’s discretion, from among all eligible entries received as of the termination date.

9. Liability and Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, directors, officers, employees, and advertising, promotional, and judging agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize won.

By entering, each participant agrees that: (i) any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments, or awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with entering the Giveaway, excluding attorneys’ fees; and (iii) the entrant waives all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

This Giveaway, and any disputes arising from it, is governed by the internal laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kansas. By entering, you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Entry into the Giveaway and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor and Administrator to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and city/state of residence for advertising and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it finds to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of this Giveaway.

10. Privacy

By entering, each entrant agrees to Sponsor’s use of their personal information as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at jackstackbbq.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Official Rules. Information collected to enter this Giveaway is used only to administer the Giveaway — to verify your phone number, confirm eligibility, and contact winners — and is not added to any marketing list.

For the name of the Grand Prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Administrator’s address below within thirty (30) days of the end of the Giveaway Period.
